Free Shipping within the United States

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you'll receive an immediate order confirmation email. This email indicates that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

We promptly check to ensure that your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we'll reach out via email to discuss alternatives. If your item(s) are ready for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and prepare your order for shipping.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and payment is processed, it will ship within three business days from the order date. You'll receive a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse, sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you don't receive shipping confirmation within four business days, feel free to contact us at support@connoisseurcellars.com.

International Orders

Please note that our products are designed for the United States market, requiring a 110V or 240V electrical system. While not certified for use with other countries' electrical safety standards, all our products meet United States standards.

For international orders, we'll gladly provide a shipping quote upon request. If you're satisfied with the quote, we'll assist you in preparing your order and payment through our secure online gateway.

Damages

Upon receiving your order, inspect the packaging for any damage. If damage is observed, either make a note of it when signing for delivery or decline the delivery.

If you accept delivery, it's crucial to take immediate photos of the damaged packaging or products. In case of damage, please send photos to support@connoisseurcellars.com and proceed to our Returns Page to file your claim online.
