At Connoisseur Cellars, we're all about making you happy. If you change your mind or find that the product isn't quite what you expected within 30 days of receiving your order, no worries! Just shoot us an email at support@connoisseurcellars.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return process.

You Handle the Love, We Cover the Details

While you take care of the love, we'll handle the nitty-gritty. Please keep in mind that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we promise to make the process as smooth as sipping on your favorite drink.

Returning Made Simple

Once your returned item(s) reaches our warehouse(s) and passes our "Like New" inspection (that means no visible wear and all the original packaging intact), we'll send you an email high-fiving you for a successful return. Got items showing signs of love? No worries, we'll reach out to chat about it.

Oops, Damaged Goods? We've Got You Covered

If your order arrives looking a bit worse for wear, note it when signing for delivery and snap some photos to support@connoisseurcellars.com on the day of delivery. We'll cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or just plain incorrect merchandise. We want you to be smiling, not stressed!

Cancellation Dance

Changed your mind? No problem! Email or call our fantastic customer service team right away to avoid any return shipping fees. Cancelling before shipment? Full refund dance! After shipment? It's okay, you're still covered under our 30 Day Return policy, just with a little return shipping waltz.

Friendly Reminders

• Check out product descriptions for any vendor-specific return info.
• Certified pre-owned or used items are like that one friend who never returns borrowed things - ineligible for return.
• We sell to people who love and cherish their items. So, orders for "one-time" or "temporary use" (think trade shows, conferences, or promotional events) are like Cinderella's glass slipper - not eligible for return.
